Not OTT if your heading down south. I hope that you're a good sailor if your going to the Brothers. A tad choppy would be an understatement.

Time to dive.

Just got a text from my ex-misses, she's on a LA down there at the moment. She just spent a dive surrounded by half a dozen 1 - 2 m oceanic whitetips!!! Think I could live with a bit of choppiness

Back from Sharm

Ok people, what is everybody talking about, Cold.... Cold its not cold. Took a 5mm long with me and was toasty apart from getting out of it after each dive But five minutes of being chilly was worth it
Met Brian half way through, High mate, hope you had a good time!
Great crowd out there, got a great buddy for the week so all was well in the world, some of them might show up here soon
Met Dave Thompson who was teaching RB from our boat to a couple of guys from Sky TV. Good I,am so tempted Just got to find about £7000
Did the straits of Tiran and Ras Mo. on Teresa with Emporer divers, great guide, if you are ever out there ask for Dan, or get on his boat!!!
Add more later

I didn't think that it was particularly cold either - my computer read 22-23 on each dive (toasty!). The guides were mostly wearing drysuits but in my 7mm semidry, was nice and warm. Fantastic diving around there - did the Dunraven, Tiran a couple of times and Ras Mo a couple of times. Was surprised at how big Emperor Divers were, though I'm used to UK dive places which are big if they have more than one boat!
