We did it with Dive Tek wh were very accommodating, but then if there's just the two of you best to get in touch. Jon at Dive In is a great guy who can help you out as well.
To be honest, to get the best out of the Zen a guide of some sort is useful, especially if you only have a day to do it. It would also be sensible as every year there's a couple of people die in or around it, and it's deceptively simple at times. I found myself follwing a line from a nice open boiler room to a passageway which turned to complete zero viz in seconds. There's also a load of lorries on it which are not sensible to swim under (held down by 2" webbing in places), but you wouldn't know you were swimming under them in places either.
Cydive do run day trips, but they aren't going to let you pootle on off to the Zen on your own. It's not the type of operation they run AFAIK. They will take you round in a group, but you will have to follow the group within reason.
I would suggest if you're in Paphos and fancy a few easy dives then there are trips which run to the Vera K, worth doing, the Achilleas, worth scootering, and bubbles, worth ferreting. All less than 15m. All from Cydive's boat, but again you're going to be in a group. You can rent gear from a lot of the places to go and do the Roman Wall (just get there at 11am and watch half the world going in, wait til they come out and follow where they went) - but make sure you don't miss the exit, because it can be difficult if you don't know what you're looking for. Oh, and before anyone asks, your chances of getting a discount are somewhere between slim and none, probably closer to none. I couldn't get discount for my girlfriend at the time to do a course while I was working. And your man boobs are impressive, but never going to compete with her
Digs.
