Have you spoke to Tony, when I bought one from Sonia (can't remember her fella) on Hurricane it wouldn't play on my DVD player, it was either DVD -R and I needed DVD +R (I only had a basic player at the time) or the other way round. He arranged for Sonia to bring me over another copy when they came for the dive show.

Worth a try.
