Thumbs down Tranquillity - never again

Just arrived back after going on our trip arranged through a dive center we dive with in Tenerife, to dive the South on Emperor Tranquility, apparently we were the 3rd group on board. We arrived to find the boat not finished, still fitting the loo in our cabin, no towels, no hanging space, masking tape all around window and doors, wooden deck not sanded properly ( splinters ) and much more ++++! Crew were all new and were unsure about each ones's role and food OK but sparse.
Considering all the hype about a Platinium class boat it did not live up to this at all, last trip we used Blue Fin cant rate it high enough it was great.
Emperor need to consider their client satisfaction or are they just too BIG !!

we went with emperor in September on the MY FRASER which is the Silver [i think] class. Deep south had a superb trip although a bit older everything worked fine food was good [no tummy upsets] Hanni the guide really knew his stuff

very impressed

As you say Emperor Fraser has been going for good while, our group wanted some luxury so we chose top of the range ( or so we thought ) we were all very dissapointed.
This is our second group trip with Emperor this year the last one in June supposed to be on Tranquility ( booked 9 months previously ) they downgraded us 9 days before we departed saying the boat had no permissions to sail. We refused to downgrade and moved over to Blue Fin, Blue O Two as I said before it was superb.

We own a dive center and its very important to us that things are right as our reputation relies on honesty ! Only wish I could say the same about Emperor Divers
