B4 i ask don't laugh, diving in magaluf ?

I know i'm leaving myself wide open on this one but has anybody done any diving in magluf. Reason i'm asking is i'm off over for a stag do in Apr and was considering skulking off for a days diving to give my liver/kidneys a days rest from the debauchery, always like to get a dive in when i get chance, seen a couple of dive schools that operate out there just wondered if anyone's done any dives over there. Ta, Si

you could try these guys

M.A.D. Diving Mallorca / Majorca - Diving Palmanova, Magalluf, Santa Ponsa.

In April the water will be nippy (about 16-18 dgrees) unless you are well hard!! I was in a dry suit til the end of May. The viz should be great (if there have not been any storms) and the diving is very easy!

I expect you will need a break if you are staying in magaluf!

Cheers for replies, went bout 10yrs ago on an 18/30 and experienced the land based diving(to put it politely) it's the aquatic variety i'm more bothered about this time.

Our club has been twice with MADdivers, once in january and once in april we used drysuits both times, they did free nitrox and the diving was sound if a bit samey, there are a few tunnels and caverns that are worth a look.

Safe diving,
Steve
