I have stayed for a night at the Eden Rock a couple of years ago.... there's a steepish stairway which leads to town but apart from that it was a fine typical Sharm-style hotel.

Not used the Eden Rock, but have used RSC. I found them to be a very good outfit.

We used Red Sea College in 2004. Seemed to be a very professional outfit. Don't know if it would make a difference but we had chartered a whole boat.

Cheers/Nic

We stayed in Eden rock on our last night
Theres something like 144 steps up to it ,you will be counting them on the way up and not on the way down
the place itself is nice its not too far from town and the pool is ok its a nice spot just dont wear your high heels when youre on the stairs...

Eden Rock? It's lovely. I spent a week in it as part of the Team Bunny 2 week Red Sea extravaganza last year - Thoroughly enjoyed myself there and relaxed.

Enjoy your stay.

Don't know about Eden Rock but I used twice the Red Sea College (2003 & 2005) and enjoyed my dives both times. No problems at all.

Have also used RSC a few years ago. Fine no problems, just keep a mental note of what your being charged for in terms of extra dives and anything else otherwise it can come as a bit of a shock at the end of the week.
