Thompson are the tightest of the normal carriers! we had to use them this year and they dont make it easy to take scuba on holiday.

I wouldn't bother taking my dive gear to Cancun.....nothing to see there anyway.

However, it's not far from Cozumel and that is quite good.

I'm orf to Sharm for Chrimbo and New Year. Flying with Thompson Fly for the first time since well before it was Britania.

I just got charged £70 to take my water toys!!!!

I couldn't belive it. They said they don't accept Dive Kit as sports equipment any longer. The rate they quoted was the £17-50 per 5Kg each way. Even though we have 20Kg + 5Kg hand luggage, I don't travel light and NEED the an extra 10Kg to get my kit there.

I know it sound a lot of weight but the kitchen sink weighs 15Kg on its own!

Well I paid it in disgust and swore I'd never fly with them again. Well actually I think I just swore...

I went in for the tickets last week and as it turned out, Thompson had over charged and repaid me a tenner. But Still, £60 quid?

I thought Thomas Cook were bad when I went to Turkey in Septober. They charged me £22 return.

Grumble,Grumble...

Paul
