Any PADI instructors working in Varadero, Cuba?
I'm off to Cuba on Thursday, few nights in Havana then over to Varadero. Anybody know if there are any PADI registered instructors working in the Varadero area?

Most instructors in Cuba are CMAS. As PADI is an American company it's instructors cannot work in Cuba.

Make sure your credit/debit cards arent American based either as they wont be accepted. Be very careful with this one, my mate went last year and couldnt use his cards, I think his were MBN? but it only showed that on teh back in very small print which had been half punched out by the numbers embossed on teh front.
