Hi Sleepy

What date are you going?
I'm going in April on T&EII

Question ...... how can you book a trip and not know what the diving is like

I always look at certain destinations and the type of diving + liveaboard + ease of travel, pick the best one for my needs and then book

Why did you end up in T&C?
maybe diving was not your first priority?

Venus

Maybe he just likes surprises

You two gonna find yourself on the same trip? That would be incredible. Just remember, what goes on tour stays on tour

I wonder whether an amusing thread would be "Who on YD would you like to tour with, knowing whatever you get up to would be kept secret

Hi

I worked on Provo for a year so can't comment on Grand Turk or elsewhere, my diving was all West Caicos, the Sandbore Channel (not sure the livaboard moors there) and French Cay.

It's near enough all wall diving, most depth's at the top of the wall starting at around 55' (sorry, I've been working in imperial for too long now) this does limit the colour somewhat and it's very easy to find yourself with a deco obligation, in my opinion, nitrox is a must.

Some decent marine life, you'll find reef sharks, eagle rays, maybe hammerheads, maybe (but very unlikely) mantas. They're just coming out of whale season, again not that common but I saw a few and there have also been rare sightings of whale sharks.

Gotta dash, any questions, just ask.

Ian

Hi Venus
Booked in a bit of a rush, was looking for a liveaboard, somewhere with warm water and a bit of viz (more than 2m).
I'm also on T&C Explorer 2, think I leave on the 19th, is that a saturday ? whatever, have a good trip yourself.
