Question Southern Red Sea water temperature in April?

I will be on the Grand Sea Serpent out of Marsa Alam in Mid April.
I have never been to the Red Sea this early in the year before.
I am wondering what suit to bring? Previously (in July/August) my 3mm sufficed. But this early in the year I reckon I would need a thicker suit -7mm perhaps?
Approx. what is the water temperature around Daedalus, Elphinstone etc in April?

I will be going out in mid-Apr to dive the Brothers/Elphinstone etc... I am expecting about 25 degrees (no more) and plan to dive in a full 5mm suit, with the option to add a 1mm vest and a hood.

Have a good trip

Rich

Thanks.
Don't think I'll risk my 3mm.
I dug out my old 7mm semi-dry (semi-wet) and put it on today. It was the first time I had tried it on in over 6 years I think. It was a little 'snug' but still wearable. Still murder to get out of though....

Just got back from a northern liveaboard (last night) and the temperature was 21-23 for the last week so ok with a 5mm with a hood but not less. Am glad i bought a new one before going or i'd have frozen in my old 3mm!

have a good 'un.
