| You'd be very unlikely to get anything as common as the 'trots' at the Movenpick. We stayed at the Rhianna Three corners with a six month old and the food there was excellent and that's only a three star! El Gouna has well organised transport and it's own Hospital. You really can't go wrong. Only downside, if you see it as such, is that it's not like being in Egypt at all.
