 San Diego & South California Diving help!! Hi I am off to San Diego 19th May to 25th May and wanted some advice on anything related to San Diego diving!! Interested in doing guided shore at La Jolla/Kelp Forests and Yukon. I have contacted a number of shops but was concerned when 2 wanted paying up front for dives that week and when I asked what happened if you cancelled say due to ear infection the reply was that they do not refund!!! So if anyone knows a reputable shop down there please restore my faith! Made me laugh as well cos these 2 were links from PADI site! Due to baggage allowances probably not going to take much kit,have 5mm semidry and 5 mm shortie I may take or should I rush a drysuit course through!!?? Maybe rent wetsuit? Lots of questions and hopefully some of you can offer some advice. Thx J       |

| Morning Have you tried Scubaboard.com, they ll generally give you good pointers.I m in the same boat myself but dont go until July/August. I was recommended scubasandiego.com andwww.gottadive.com. Hope this helps
