I'd go for these Scapa wrecks in any top 15, and i'd put them in that order, all worth several visits

Brummer
Dresden
Kronprinze Willhelm
Tabarca
Markgraf

Try The Breda its in ardmucknish bay oban west scotland it about 20m to the deck and 30m to the sea bed.Or the Hispania in the sound of mull west scotland.

I also enjoyed the Rondo, unique, and as easy a 50m dive as i have done.

Best Wreck

The Lightship is a pretty good wreck. Stands 14metres or so from the bottom. ie the tower is still standing.
