Tragedy in Malta possibly on the Faroud

Since many YDers have been to Zurrieq to do the Um el Faroud wreck, I thought you might be interested to read about this tragedy. I went to Zurrieq a few hours after the accident and conditions were excellent.

Will advise of any further news if it becomes available.

Tragic.

I was only diving the Um El Faroud last Sunday.

What a tragedy. I did my first ever wreck dive on the Faroud as part of my AOW. She's very lovely indeed.

The person in question has the same name as a fellow Yd'r who lives in Malta. Hope it of no relation. Very sad in any case.
