| Imported post Hee hee!!! I only saw the last half hour last night....looked up from filling in my RD Knowledge reviews to have some tea.....and it seemed to consist entirely of Teletubbies style repeating of the fact that copper pins in a an iron knee would set up an electrolytic reactin that would corrode away the iron and the pins would come loose. They must have said it about 10 times!! They actually showed the same rubbish animation twice to illustrate two different situations. I think next week will be missed, I'm afraid. What a waste of time and money. They could have taken all of us to have dived those sites for the same cash and then at least a few people would have got some enjoyment out of the cash!!

| It's just too easy to bash this programme isn't it! The two divers also seem unable to set up their own equipment - looks like support staff fiddling about doing up clips, attaching hoses (in great loops above the woman's head for some strange reason!). Wreck Defectives more like! |

| Imported post Did nobody catch the comment about the viz? When they surfaced from the first dive and the viz was so bad that the camera could still see them around 5m away (wish viz was always this "BAD" |

| Imported post Ok. As Robert said, it is just too easy to bash this program. However, has anybody seen the first few episodes of Time Team recently ? They are just as bad as this. But after years of practice they seem to have a half decent show on their hands. Give these boys and gilrs another 10 years and they may pull it off yet. Also, the majority of people watching this are not going to be divers. Granny Jones in Cheltenham is not going to give a toss how the divers were kitted up etc. Finally, give these people some credit. At least they have managed to get a program related to diving on a mainstream TV network at a reasonable hour of the day., and not just a one off show either. It may pave the way for others. Just a couple of thoughts.. Cheers Mark ..................Mind you it is crap though ain't it ?

| Imported post Mark, You are right. What frustrates me is that even totally competent divers (Who was the American chap on the CH4 progrm recently) seem to feel the need to ham up the danger hugely when faced with a TV camera. Is this just an spotlight for "diver ego" - "I went deeper/longer/worse viz/colder etc than you have"....... Never mind though.....with all this good weather we might be able to go diving instead of watching it on tv!! Have a good weekend all.. Lou

| Imported post Concerning the "Earl of Abergavenny". I missed most of the early part of thye program and from comments made seem to have been spared. Question, how long did this ship sail about with the bi mettallic corrosion that the team reckoned caused her loss? |
