thanks,
The Rosalie Moller is too far to do by day boat from Sharm as it would mean leaving at even earlier silly Oclock than for the Thistlegorm that and crossing the straights can be a bit hairy for the bigger livaboards let alone the small day boats.

They may run trips from Hurgada to the Rosalie but looking at the map it's futher than the distance of Sharm to the Thistlegorm.

When I was there in November there was a new organisation Wreck Adventures specialising in day boat wreck diving, I believe they were offering the Rosalie Muller. I received a pamphlet at the airport advertising the service but did not use it. Sorry I cant remember any more details, they have a web site.

Mala,
Sky-K (the sister boat of Wind-K) does the Rosalie but not every day. The operating company is Wreck Adventures as Brian mentioned. However, this company is not specialized in wrecks. They just operate speedy boats to far places like Thistlegorm, Rosalie, Gubal, and Gabr El Bint (Dahab).

I think that whenever they have 6 confirmed divers for a destination, they do it.

When I was last out there with ocean college, a group did it with Jim Dowling and Gilly Healy. They tend to use the fast boat "Seagull" for the long runs. Apprently it's FAST! They are pretty flexible at Ocean College if they can run it for you they will. Lovely bunch

"SeaGull" is a very nice boat with a great crew. Last Oct I did my TDI Adv Nitrox and Deco Procedure courses with ocean college and was lucky to have this boat for the 5 days of the course.

The crew wouldn't let me lift my twinset or stage cylinders for the whole time even though they are there to help they always seemed like they were helping because they wanted to not because it was there job if you know what I mean.

I did RLM from sharm on Wind K last January & it was a really nice boat & Very very Fast (Think big new UK boat speed but with lounge/Plasma/Sundeck) we left early & were back mid afternoon. I paid something like 100 euros as an extra on my Normoxic KISS course. It's a bit pricey but they were very professional. From memory there was a choice of either one long or two short dives.
