    A wreck diving proposal

As many of you know, myself and a few others go a long way offshore having a look at unknown or little dived wrecks. I know a lot have been put off these trips because of the depths involved, which is fair enough, so i've had a little thought and i've got a proposal to see if that gains a bit more interest....

If there is enough interest, i'll try and put together a package of wrecks on unknowns or little dived wrecks in the sub 40 metre range - although one or two may just creep over that by a couple of metres. The aim will be to have a bit of fun first off, then see if we get any closer to identifying them (but only if you fancy that bit)

There will be NO "tourist" wrecks, and no KNOWN wrecks..... or poxy subs

Some of the wrecks may be little dived for very good reason. They might be crap! However, to eliminate that, i'll try and get as much info on them as possible and we can see where we stand. I'll be looking at going from Portland, and probably no more than 20 miles out.

I've got 10 to 12 already, ranging from colliers to steamships to sailing vessels.

So have a think, have a look at the books and charts and put your thoughts on which wrecks you'd like to do, or any other suggestions etc.....

I don't intend stopping diving for this winter as it's been a rubbish season for me this year!

    Rude not to.
