    Question Abbotsbury Bomber?

I've been told that there's a WII bomber off Abbotsbury, Lyme Bay.

Any one got any info or Marks?

it will probably be listed in Dive Dorset, I have that at home so will post the info later.

be careful as if it was a military plane and people died it will be protected wreck. One thing that sticks in my mind from the NAS course

    Hi D S D

All aircraft are protected under the Military remains Act even if no one died on them. There is no rule to stop you diving on one as long as nothing is raised. If you want to raise something then you need to apply for a license.

A friend has dived it. Not a lot left. It seems to cover then uncover.

If you are really keen I can PM his phone number.

No better still here is his web site.

    Enjoy the photos.
