Hi Rob, should have read this message before I answered on the forum but I know there are a few local divers on YD. I'll look out for you guy's. I don't know much about Toyah & Will, as they've not long since taken over the shop, they're always busy when I pop, in which is good. Friendly and enthusiastic couple, seem to know what they're doing and they have a nice little support group working for them, (or are they called slaves?). I'm not well known to the newer divers but I've been around for years, I'm part of the Technical group but I'm getting old and feeble now, so I'm tending to go back to the Recreational stuff. I've managed to avoid the "clickyness" by staying independent and getting a reputation of being safe, reliable and always having spares of every thing, great way to make friends when you save a dive with a spare O ring. Hope to see you out and about sayHI to Yr missus from me.

It's Rob (Hill). I'm guessing yours is Elaine...

We (my wife is called Lorraine - hillie on here) trained originally in the Red Sea a couple of years ago, re-learnt with Phil and Kate last summer, learnt a bit more in the Red Sea last October and have done a bit more with Phil and Kate this year. We have subsequently started doing bits with Will and Toyah, because we felt Phil and Kate were a bit "cliquey" - and only really interested in you if you were looking at going the DM route. We began to feel less like customers and more like £ signs.... Probably a bit harsh, but hey ho.
