Not quite but Argeles has some decent diving and the coast round and into Spain is very nice. I have done some snorkelling just over the Spanish border and the vis was surprisingly poor, but maybe that was due to the shallow water.
I've always wanted to dive there but haven't made it yet. I want to do it just because according to Cousteau the 1st proper underwater photograph was taken there.
The vis is a bit cloudy which is what I remember in Spain. Still worth a tank or two though I'm sure. The shore based "sentier" is a great idea, we have one at Cap d'Agde too.
