    Online storage

I am looking for a way to share files with another person. Ideally they should be uploaded and not remain on the originating machine. I have seen several services but they seem to be backups copying from source folders. I want to send into the cloud, delete from my machine and share a password and url with others. Ideally for docs and media files. doesn't need to be huge capactiy and cheap/free would be nice - any ideas.

    TIA

Box. If you've got an iThing, sign up with that to get an extra 50GB online storage allowance.

    HTH?

    Edit: Oh, and it's free.

i'm a recent convert to dropbox. i think it's great, but don't documents have to be stored on at least one hard drive?
