    We are a Health and Safety Training Company with depots in Barnsley and Southampton, specialising in Work at Height (cherry pickers, scaffolding, harnesses etc) but can undertake forklifts, manual handling, abrasive wheels through to NEBOSH etc. a discount to all yders plus anyone they recommend courses can be carried out on your own premises (subject to certain criteria) please pm or email pa[email protected] visit us at www.astratraining.co.uk

    When you start your diving training, you take your first step on the wake of fun and adventure in underwater world. It will prove to be an experience. your goal should be to have fun with learning safe diving techniques. your instructors will lead you through the necessary skills to complete training.

    For me, diving used to seem like a hard thing! I did not understand much, thanks to him I learned a lot! Now it is a favorite activity!

    All my life I dreamed of diving. But overweight prevented me. Therefore, I began to train harder and go in for sports, but there was no result.
