Looking for some to protect the hoses. Where can I buy them?

    Rebreather Covers - Scapa Scuba

If not the same as APD then I'm sure Ben will customise.

    I have them on mine.

Make some - mine are simple 3mm neoprene sleeves. I only have them on the section from the head to the lungs. I think Bowstone still make neoprene ones.

What do they do? If my Meg's hoses were any stiffer I would not be able to look around at all. As I have never tried them I am more curious than critical.

Between head and cl, no loss of dexterity that I can see. Main reason to protect integrity of the hose; I dive in places with lots of jaggedy edges, such as the caravan at Dozzy .

Good question - I've no idea but two possibilities spring to mind:

1 - The protect the hoses from sharp rusty metal.
2 - Provide some insulation so that the gas in the loop looses less heat.
