UPDATE 17/4/10:
As has already been mentioned. the way your LDS/Apeks Technician will test this is to hold an eraser against the small retaining bar you can see through the oral inflate and try to turn the deflate knob.
If it turns it's fooked, if not it's ok.
Just took two WTX3 wings in to be checked, one failed one passed. Knob is now loctited (I've just invented that word) back into position
And to clarify: This potentially affects ALL WTX wings
