Back from Dahab

I've just got back from another week in Dahab on the yogadiving programme. I did the course last year and due to a change of plans I ended up back there over Easter so took advantage of the situatuion.

An hour and a half of yoga each morning loosens all the stiff joints and prepares nicely for the days efforts. Plenty of breathing exercises meant that I was matching air consumption with my buddy who is a proffesional instructor and dives every day. Not bad for a holiday diver :)

The standout dive of the week had to be The Bells. 30m head first straight down the chimney before exiting through the arch at the bottom onto the outer reef, what a ride!!
