Initially I thought £25 sounded expensive, I also thought that £2.50 (10%) to RNLI sounded very poor.
Having quickly searched some of the companies I have been talking to about the clothing lines, it doesn't seem too bad (not that I'm paying £25 for a towel! )
If he wants to take orders, deal with the personalisation, collect payments AND deal with import duties as well as the simple bit of sending them out, let him crack on and do it
I don't like the eBay route of doing it though, although the charity part can be dealt with that way, not only will he end up with Paypal fees, but also eBay listing and selling fees.
