A few of us will (hopefully if weather improves) be diving from Brighton on Friday 3rd Jan. Max depth 40mtrs, boat Nauticat www.channeldiving.com  Ring me if interested 020-8954-5128 or 07796-267657.
Also Mon 6th Jan to Friday 10th Jan, two/three of us can dive any of these dates, need minimum of four divers for
boat to go out. Best days re- tides is Thursday 9th or Friday 10th.

Hey Howard,

I won't be able to attend this gig, as we're diving up north on the 04th and 05th Jan and I'm back to work week beginning the 06th, but thanks very much for putting the posting on - there are growing numbers of southern-based YD'ers (eh Matt et al) now on board looking to hook-up for a dive who can't necessarily make places like St Abbs at short notice due to location and travel time, so your Brighton offering is most welcome.

Total bummer.
Fridays diving at Brighton cancelled, something about high wind. Told skipper his indigestion problems should not affect our diving.
Will have to consider Stoney,Guildy or Wraysbury, groan...
However four of us are planning to do another virtual dive from Brighton on the following Friday 10th, this will be our last chance for a midweek sea-dive on this boat because it is being taken out of the water for maintenance on Jan 13th.
Wifee now going on about DIY in kitchen...yippeedo.
Maybe I`ll tell her diving back on and just go to Brighton sit on beach and read about diving truk lagoon.
I have booked a boat in Scapa for 9th-16th August we will stop on way back and dive the Farnes on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th Aug.
When I first started diving our `club` consisted of 30 or so active divers, my first trip to Scapa we had 2 boats, second trip, 2 boats for 13 divers, 3rd trip 1 boat 9 divers.
My mate and I decided that we had to go back to Scapa and would book a boat for just four of us, bit expensive when you consider I have to pay for 2, but we thought it worthwhile.
So on this trip we have only four divers, myself, my daughter, a mate and his daughter. our so called club is down to 4 active divers, and myself and daugher make up 50%.
So am looking forward to meeting any of the YD on future dives.
Will post under a separate thread out scapa/farne trip.
