With bungey fin straps -5mm,plastic covered,2 per fin.

Do you find it better to tape or tie them together or not?

Thanks

I used a continous length for one fin, so that the bungee passed behind the heel twice. The ends were secured with electrical tie-wraps. That was about 50 dives ago and they are still holding.

Got to say, they are the dogs bollox. Easy to get on and off.

The expert on these is Daz, who has a photo of his on a website, but I can`t remember the address.

<font color='#000080'>It's on Dom's website I think, the photo is of Daz's fin.

A picture paints a thousand words (and Dom's website has moved)

My Fins

Pretty much as you described,  tiewrapped rather than tied.

Make sure they are secured in such a way that they don't come loose and watch for any signs of stretching/damage.

If they aren't tight enough, they'll both go at once which gives your buddy a laugh but makes your drysuit stink...
