Can you identify these egg sacks?

Saw lots of these on a dive today, west coast of Ireland, anyone know what they are?

Bingo! That looks like them and there were quite a few netted dog whelk around today! Here's one potential parent to the above... :p

Excellent photo! I think you should be looking at (and posting to) the photo of the month thread. :)
