personally i think it's a F***G liberty and shouldn't happen but i am interested in what you lot think

As long as it is correctly attributed, then I don't have a problem with it. I welcome it in some cases (such as the RB80 incident cross-posted to RBW which I wouldn't have read about otherwise.

Is there anything specific you're annoyed about?
