Just had a look on the web for you doesn't seem to be anything in Hull, but if you have a look at www.subaqua.co.uk and there are some links for air shops / cyclinder testing by county you might be able to find something there. Alternatively hull14.org have some links or you could email the club to see where they do theirs.
