Here in Sweden, you can get a digital camera for as little as £25 pounds these days. OK, it's rubbish, but you can get a quite usable one for about twice that. So, my question is what is the cheapest usable digital camera / underwater housing combination?

<font color='#000080'>Canon A100 1.2 megapixel + Housing £230
Canon A200 2megapixel + Housing £240

Available from www.warehouseexpress.com

Those prices are complete, cameras are £129 and £139 respectively, the housings are £99.  Housings rated to 30 metres.  Seems pretty cheap to me.

Thanks, DAZ. Yes, indeed, it is pretty cheap. I'll look into it.

<font color='#008080'>John,  I have been using the Reefmaster DC 200 and it is one of the cheapest UW digital cameras that I found at ~$500 for camera and strobe.

You can check out some of the shots taken with the Reefmaster on this site:

Dive Timor Leste

The resolution could be better for printing but is OK for beginner UW photographers like myself.
