You'll need to use a simple image-processing program. There are several available free on the Internet. As a first step, try cropping the pics, i.e. removing the top and bottom and side parts that don't really show anything. You may find that is enough to reduce the file size to less than 50 kb without needing to reduce the image quality.

Very good especially the black and white diver silhouette, I only got into u/w photography late this year but am obsessed by it. actually done a three hour dive the other week just taking pics and it felt like I had been in for five minuets.
