hi, the last one i made i bought the webbing fro stoney and all the snap clips buckles and d rings etc i got in one go from divers warehouse in bradford they also will supply shoulder straps and weight pockets at a good price. rigging is simply a process of starting in the centre and working outwards passing the webbing through the slots in the backplate. you can either then cross over the straps to the front or have them more conventional like a ruck sack set up. i prefer this way it makes it easier for getting out of especially if you sew a couple of snap connectors onto the straps. u can simply unclip yourself out at the end of the dive.

Hi mate, have a look at this link:

http://www.gasdiving.co.uk/pages/misc/kit/harness_2.htm

Will tell you all you need to know about making your own harness.

I got my webbing here:

http://www.divedorset.com

The websites changed since i last used it and I cant see any mention of webbing there now. When I made  mine I bought everything I needed from them. Give em a call to see if they still supply webbing, if so, one stop shop

<font color='#000080'>You could also try Runnymede diving,  I got all my harness bits from them.
