Greetings and salutations.

Having lurked around for a while, I thought I might actually start posting. Some probably know me from the dark side.. Been diving for 5 years, DM, serious amateur photographer on land (gearing up to going pro next year) and more or less successful photographer underwater.

Am currently in the middle of a South Africa obsession, so if any tall, dark (or blond - I'm not too fussy) and handsome young S.A men would like to whisk me off permanently to the land of sharks, let me know!
In the meantime, I shall make do with the 2 legged sharks I find in London, and get as much diving in as possible - off to Falmouth at Easter - hurrah.

I'm in denial about having a full time job, and hence spend a fair amount of time scouring the internet. My job is largely phone based so there's that thing about the devil and idle hands...

I call a spade a garden implement, I never aim to cause offense but if you don't want to hear an honest answer, then don't ask me.

All I need to do now is figure out  how to get one of those little picture things up...

Hi Bunny,  welcome to YD. Having seen your posts on here and HB.net I know you're not one to shirk tackling 'difficult' topics.

So, UW photographer huh?  Well, what've you got?  Any online galleries we can take a cop at?

I do, but I'm just rearranging a lot of stuff as I'm loading up my recent South Africa shouts.. I'll post a link when I've sorted it all out.

Hello Bunny

I always enjoyed reading your forthright opinions on HB.  I'm a DM and work in London too - also in denial about work.

Maybe i'll see you at Wraysbury for a nightdive in the summer months?

Have fun!

Bunny I'm south african, dark and tall so that's 75%! Not available for any whisking though as very happily involved! Myself and my other half are off to SA for a wedding in April and will be diving with Tiger Sharks, Bull Sharks and anything else that shows up!

Welcome to YD

<font color='#008080'>Wrong Spike - you are 100%!
When are you going to be in South Africa, Bunny - and what exactly are you obsessed with there?
If you are there in April you are welcome to join us in looking for those sharks!

I just got back 3 weeks ago, and I'm going back out in July. What am I obsessed with? All of it... I find the people incredibly friendly and welcoming, I love the SPACE... the stunning landscape, the diving's great (both oceans)... am seriously thinking about maybe buying a holiday home somewhere around Durban...

As for everyone else... thanks for the greetings..

Some highly intelligent (and very bored) individual in my office once worked out that my name anagrams into  "bunny love me", which then quickly became Miss Bunny Love-Me the new Austin Powers chick.. then Miss Bunny... then Bunny... I now use it for internet log-ins and some of my friends use it. Plus you don't get many blokes nicking tanks with "bunny" written on them!

Also, instead of being a jive bunny, I'm a dive bunny.. geddit, geddit?

Welcome to YD bunny,

Been a while since I frequented handbag net but do remember you for being a regular contributor.

Enjoy,

Hey Vyonne,

Glad to see you made it over! You've got plenty of friends here, so get in amongst it and boots-fill with those garden implements!
Also glad you enjoyed SA, some of my favourite diving (esp Aliwal Shoal, Sodwana Bay and Protea Banks - big boys/girls diving!)

Still up for the 'YD Blokes in the Bollocko' photo-shoot?!

Enjoy.

I'm having trouble working out how to include multiple quotes in a reply... so here it is longhand:
Bren, yes, definitely... bring it on!

And James.. where do I get one of those from then? Is there a whole list of them somewhere?

Hi. Glad you enjoyed SA, I'm off there in 10 days! yipee... Any recommendations?

I'm afraid I'm the other way round, I married a South African girlee, strangely also called Bunny who lived in London....

You are now entering the twilight zone - doo, do, do, do...
