I tried to avoid having Sky in the house as I can't stand Murdoch. I had OnDigital which was crap and then NTL which was even worse.
Finally I went with Sky and it's great; quick response from customer service, painless switching between packages and Sky Sports is great, particularly on days like this when they could have easily charged by putting them on Prem Plus.
