If you decide on a DIY then check out on here how to do it - it's not quite as straight forward as other regs - the visible allen key slot is not the one you use to tighten it - it's a cover for the real slot

When mine was done, the LDS put the nut in a vice through the A clamp and turned the 1st stage round... he made it look so easy...

Yes, but as Mal said, the visible allen key hole (the end of the DIN fitting which shows the filter) is not for tightening / undoing the DIN assembly - You need to undo this allen key, remove the filter and then use another, larger allen key to undo (or in this case tighten) the new DIN fitting. Putting the unit in a vice is only good for removing the A-Clamp assembly, you still need to fit the DIN fitting.

If you attempt to do up the DIN fitting with just the first allen key hole you stand a good chance of buggering it.
