FYI - and we wish them all the best in getting re-grouped:

"Crosby Divers re-group.

When the old Crosby pool was demolished several years ago the home and heart of a thriving sub aqua club was also demolished.

The Crosby site has now been re-developed into the Crosby Leisure Centre (CLC). This new facility boasts 2 pools, a Sports Hall, Squash Courts, Leisure Suite, Cafe and licensed bar.

A new sub aqua diving club has now been established at CLC to cater for the needs of divers in this area. Crosby Sub Aqua Club (CSAC) has made an application to become part of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) and anticipate having BSAC status within the next few weeks. The core membership of CSAC is made up of experienced divers and Nationally Qualified Instructors.

We will be holding pool training sessions Tuesday evenings between 20:00 and 21:00 starting from April 1st 2003 (No Joke). After the pool session we have a social meeting upstairs in the bar. Try dives will be offered at the new Crosby pool and can be booked for anyone over the age of 12 (or 14).

Crosby Sub Aqua Club welcome new members either qualified or unqualified, and from any recognised training agency.

<font color='#FF00FF'>Ignoring the obvious scouse jokes...

Their pool got broken and it knocked the heart out of the diving club..... Am I missing something, since when was being in a swimming pool the heart of diving,... sounds a great, fun club. I always thought a pub was the heart of a club.

Ah well, scousers u got to love them, especially when they are beaten by celtic!!
