what is the longest you would expect to wait for a nitrox40 mix to be blended using the partial pressure method at a dive shop?

please include the size of the cylinder size that you use and work on the basis that your cylinders will be filled straight away.

I think this is reasonable especially as when tested 36 hours later the mix was 39.9%

I always try to leave my cylinders over night - so they get a chance to cool down properly, get topped up and the right mix.

I've put over 2 hours but I always leave mine in the shop overnight.  If I wanted it done ASAP he'd probably do it in about 30-40 minutes.
