A back-up mask is something which all divers should be taking with them on every dive. Indeed, something I need to start practising as well as preaching!!

If I wanted to go this far then I think TDI or IANTD would be for me.

 This is the sensible option on "specialised" non mainstream diving or diving related courses as far as I am concerned.
 To be able to teach these courses you are better going to someone who knows what they are doing than someone who is qualified but inexperienced.

quite agree rupert, my point for BSAC is that PADI endorse the long hose and BSAC don't or won't or haven't quite got round to it yet.
