Was just having a butchers on flea bay at the peli cases, seem a 1450 camera/strobe sized job can be picked up for under 50 quid, fair enough but then I find new cases costing over a grand

So what is the deal, is this seller just a chancer or is this the going price for a plastic box nowadays?

Get over to maplins... they do a peli copy that takes my camera housing strobes and arms for under £40... waterproof has the air valve the lot.

a. he's a chancer new price for a 1500 case is around £120 if you shope around
b. buy a non peli case and unfortunatly it may be of a much lower quality ( I've lost a camera through water damage whilst inside a "maplins style" case)
