Sounds good about the profit opportunities!

I wonder how popular they'd be? I'd probably go for the trauma shears pouch! But not the slap strap... I'm sure there are plenty who are completely the opposite though!

I'd be inclined to agree with Si although I would poss buy both 'cos its for charidee mate!

Well I've got 2 pairs of shears, but I've also lost 2 pairs in the last 12 months, so I could always use more. As for slap straps, for a few quid I'm sure people will have another one I would replace the ones on all my masks.

I'm calling in to sea Richard at Seaskin tomorrow about my suit and also to see if the pouches/slaps straps are viable, will report back when I can.

There seemed to be a small amount of interest in them both, but more so the slap straps. Will see what he says about run sizes.

Richard will make us 50 shears sheaths with YD logo on for free, nada, squat diddly and as he has to post my suit back, it wont even cost anything to post to me.

I could either just sell them as the pouches or I can buy the shears (in various colours) for £2.00. Beaver shears in a pouch sell for £8.95 so there is potentially about £7 profit per set!

He doesn't currently make slap straps, but has been meaning to start making them for ages, but he is going to knock one up for me and will work out the cost and let me know.
