THis just in on D-net from Richard Jones:

"Hi,

I started the Shipwreck Data Office up in 1998 to study, record and preserve the history of shipwrecks and lost aircraft around the world.

My website is set up at www.shipwreckdata.com and would love to hear from anyone who has information on any wrecks, their experiences diving them, their searches and if they have any feedback on the site.

My first expedition is Project Storm scheduled for summer 2004, searching for wrecks from Bridlington's Great Gale of 1871 which sank 30 ships and cost 70 lives.

The SDO is run entirely by volunteers, with any profits going into buying more research and diving kit for future conquests. Anyone with any interest or questions should contact me at
