ok i managed to take my mask apart with the aid of my flexible friend :)

cleaned it with hot soapy water, and a tooth brush along with some good old fashioned elbow grease but despite my best efforts, the silicone still appears to be stained an orange colour, is that caused by the chlorine in the pool?

i will try to get a picture of it uploaded a little later

silicone discolors very easy as it has no dyes in hence clear ..... try a black silicone mask mine could be dirty I don't know its black?
I just got sick of off color masks about 15 yrs ago went black (mask) never went back.

Washing up liquid always works a treat to get that discolouring scale off clear silicone masks
