I realise that I am late coming to this issue, but I have just tried to upload info from my D6i to Suunto Dive Manager and am horrified by how poor DM4 is compared to earlier versions

I did try a search on here but "DM4" is too short as a search term, I couldn't see a similar post in the recent past, but forgive me if this has already been done to death

I want to use DM3 (which I still have on my PC, with all my Vyper dives in it)

I have the official Suunto cable for my D6i but DM3 won't recognise it

Does anyone know of a way that I can use DM3 with my D6i please ?

(I have no interest in using Movescount or having to be online to put basic info into the Dive Manager software via the cloud so DM4 seems useless to me)

Unfortunately the new Suuntos ie the Dxi range is no longer compatible with DM3 and can only work with DM4. They have made it this way deliberately.

I abandoned it in favour of mac dive.
