You probably want to use a full battery kit from Suunto. It comes with a plastic back and new seal which is how you know it (the seal) will still work - and the battery is the right one! I have had a Mosquito since 2004 (I think) and it's had 2 batteries (though it hasn't really been used since last year being as it's now computer number 3). I'm doing and did significantly more dives than you.
mine tends to do about 150 dives in cold water or 200+ in warm.
make sure when its not in use that it is kept dry or it will remain in dive mode which reduces batt life considerably.

yes i usually leave it in my kit bag so maybe i need to leave it dry out properly thanks never thought of that
Best to rinse it in fresh water and make sure the contacts are clean and dry.
