i used to use the tat word but i would always get the comment "you mean spidge" so i started using it, however i wouldn't use the word on wights boat!!

personally i call it Ebay stock :D

We use "SWAG" mainly, "TAT" if it's scrap-heap stuff, if someone calls it "spidge" we know what they're on about, though.

errr yes of course :)

as for the flea bay comment everywhere sells shiite you just have to look for the good stuff, lets face it look at the tat in the shops by you now it's grockle season and all the crappy tat is out

Where do you sell your finds, is it mainly an ebay thing or do you go to specialists, like antique dealers etc.
shell cases Ebay or cleaned up in the cafe/gallery in appledore. There are a few dealers who will take good plates and pots from you

and i have a few peoples name who will take the good stuff ASAP

I do believe it is emmet season here. Funny they use the word emmet as it is a word also used in Hampshire...means ant there. Suppose it is the same here.

Best thing I raised was a set of Bausch and Lomb Submarine binoculars, sadly I gave them away :angry: to an ungrateful T**T. Oh well.....

grockels is aname used in the hampshire region also, That I know for a fact up here there known as a necessary evil. Or wallets. :teeth:
Like most rural and coastal places we wouldn't survive with out them. or you come to that. :teeth:
