Hi,
I am taking an outdoor leasure instruction course at Bicton College. As part of our sports science bit we have to perform a practical video or on-site demo of a technique used in a sport of our choice. I have decided to do the movement and joints/muscles used while performing a valve isolation on a twinset. i would be very greatfull if anyone who is going to stoney and has an underwater video camera would be able to film me for use with this project.
If knowone has access to video a sucsession of still photos may be a second option.
